Summer weekend rate (staying Friday and/or Saturday nights only)* add $25/night.
*CLARIFICATION: Reservations made for only a Friday and/or Saturday night stay, in season, are charged the extra $25/night. Reservations for any other two nights (including Thurs and Fri. or Sat and Sun.) or reservations for a three night stay that includes Friday and Saturday, are charged our regular in-season nightly rate for each night (see the chart above).

Policies

Motel Reservation Policy
In season and holiday weekends a 50% deposit is required. Off season a deposit of one night stay is required. Balance is due upon arrival. A 3- to 6-night minimum stay may apply at certain times.

Personal checks will be accepted for a deposit or balance due only when the check is received at least two weeks before the first day of the reservation. Checks received less than two weeks in advance must be guaranteed with a credit card (Discover, Visa, MasterCard) approved for the amount of the check.

Motel Cancellation Policy

Reservations are considered as commitments for the full period requested. Deposits are security against vacancies caused by cancellations or date changes.

In the event of a cancellation of a motel reservation, the deposit will be refundable, minus a $15.00 service charge, provided we receive a cancellation notice more than 14 days before the first reservation date. In the event of a cancellation less than 15 days in advance, the deposit will be forfeited if the room is not resold. No refunds will be given for early departures.

Policies

Cottage Reservation Policies:
• A 50% deposit by check is required with each reservation. Balance is due upon arrival. Please telephone to secure cottage before mailing your deposit check.
• Deposit may be paid by check or money order only.
• Personal checks will be accepted for a deposit or balance ONLY when the check is received at least two weeks before the first day of the reservation. Checks received less than two weeks in advance must be guaranteed with a credit card approved for the amount of the check.
• A Security-Cleaning deposit of $100.00 is required with each cottage rental. This is refundable by mail only, without exception.

Cottage Cancellation Policy:
Reservations are considered as commitments for the full period requested. Deposits are security against vacancies caused by cancellations or date changes. In the event of cancellation of any cottage reservation, the deposit will be refunded, less a service charge of $50.00, only when the cottage has been re-rented for the same time period.

Please Note the Following:

- ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
- All Cottages are NON-SMOKING
- In the Off-Season only, for each additional person after the first two, add $15 per night or $90 per week for up to the maximum allowed per cottage.
- Porta-crib rental: $25.00 per week. Roll-away bed or full size crib rental: $35.00 per week.
- All rates are subject to 9.7% tax.
- One family per cottage, except Kingfisher.
- All cottages are furnished and equipped for light housekeeping.
- Sheets, pillowcases and towels (including pool towels) and household paper products are not provided in housekeeping cottages.
- ALL VEHICLES entering our property MUST first be registered at our office.
- No visitors in cottages after 11:00 P.M.
- Children under 18 years old will not be allowed in the Pool Area unless accompanied by an adult. POOL USE IS FOR REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY!
